After completing a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources in 1990, Marie has acquired twenty years of experience as a Human Resources Professional and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Marie became an Accredited Workplace Mediator with ADRg in September 2008, and now offers mediation support to her clients alongside guidance and support on all areas of HR including the application of employment legislation and the design and implementation of performance development schemes. She also has many years experience providing advice to managers on employment law issues within the sales recruitment industry.

Marie has a practical and solution orientated approach to mediation coupled with a mature, warm and sensitive style which aids the dispute resolution process. Having worked for large international companies as well as smaller family run businesses, Marie draws on her experiences from the manufacturing, service and sales sectors to effectively deal with a wide range of workplace conflicts.
